Is this a worthwhile investment for someone that barely does any of my own maintenance/limited mechanical skills? The most expensive is $100, some as low as $20 couple dollars. So I started searching ebay for performance chips and quite a few come up that all plug into the OBD claiming increase in power and fuel economy with a 30 day money back guarantee. The truck runs good but sure wish I could use the cruise without the engine dropping 2 gears and the tach hitting 3K+ on an incline. I have added a couple things such as CC and intermittent wipers but not a wrench type by any stretch of the imagination.
